Inside the Home Services
When you come back to your Holiday Home after many months! What do you want to see? Well! We can air it for you so no dampness, We can check if all acs, refrigerators, internet, TVs, are working! We can check if you house and other bills are being regularly paid, we could keep a watch on other issues which could arise in time like seepage, leaks, pests etc. In a nut shell we would do all you would be doing if you were living there. Call us to design a custom maintenance package for your home. This service is primarily for residents of the housing complexes we maintain.
Home Assistance
We have a small team of carpenters, electricians and plumbers. These services are available in our complexes for nominal amounts. We further assist our clients to enable many other services thru third party vendors, these services include painting, polishing, pest control, seepage and other civil issues etc.
Swimming pool Maintenance
We have daily and weekly maintenance plans for swimming pools within our housing complexes. Our people take care of chlorine and chemicals levels thru monitoring devices and further work is undertaken towards retiling and re-grouting, changing water, Pump repair and maintenance etc. thru third party vendors.
Garden and Landscape!
We have a wonderful team at Calm Breaks who put their heart and soul into making gardens and common areas look beautiful. We have our roots set with some of the best nurseries and environmentalists who assist us in developing gardens for our societies and homes.
